Quality is a standard that drives POLARIS laboratory operations everyday at every one of our locations. Our ISO 17025 A2LA accreditation is the highest level of quality attainable by a testing laboratory — a level we believe customers should not only expect, but demand.

ISO 17025:2005 A2LA ACCREDITED
POLARIS Laboratories, LLC is ISO 17025:2005 A2LA accredited. The ISO 17025:2005 standard is
an evolution of the former ISO Guide 25 and is now the international standard
for calibration and testing laboratories. Accredited laboratories must demonstrate that they operate according to a Quality
System that covers all processes, documentation and a Quality Management
System and that they generate technically valid results taking into account
equipment, procedures and personnel.
SELECTING AN ISO 17025 A2LA ACCREDITED LABORATORY MEANS:
Acceptable degrees of uncertainty have been established
All methods are validated
Results are repeatable and reproducible at each laboratory
All tests are performed according to written work instructions
Technicians must complete documented training on each test they perform
Quality control samples are run frequently to ensure that every result is a quality result
Proficiency testing is done on a regular basis
Equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
A2LA ACCREDITATION
A2LA's accreditation of a laboratory's compliance with ISO 17025:2005 is the
highest level of quality attainable by a testing laboratory. Dedicated
to formally recognizing competent testing and calibration laboratories,
A2LA is the most stringent accrediting body in the industry.
